    Great info

    Am I reading it right that the following lines make the NC fire a "Special Cryo Flachette" at a random time anywhere from .2 to 1.0 sek in combat, while firing a launcher weapon ?

    So does it matters how many salvo's your launcher weapon fires or how many launchers you have on your ship?

    Is the following not true also ?

    Each cryo flechette has a accuracy of 200% and counts as 7 "flachette's" towards the 40 that will trigger a Cryo Zone (shockwave).

    The zone effect will last for 8 sek. and have the following effects on a ship.

    Turn Speed Bonus : -70%
    Speed Bonus : -30%
    Explosive Armor Bypass : 30%
    Ballistic Armor Bypass : 30%
    Concussive Armor Bypass : 30%
    Penatrative Armor Bypass : 30%
    Penatrative Reload Bonus : -70%
    Concussive Reload Bonus : -70%
    Ballistic Reload Bonus : -70%
    Radiological Reload Bonus : -70%
    Explosive Reload Bonus : -70%

    On a Building/Turret it will have the following.

    Building Concussive Armor Defense : -30

    1. In general that is my read, but supposed 12 sec slow I think. But reading raw numbers and how things are implemented in game may not always be the same! But main things of 200%, each hit worth 7 and needing 40 to trigger appear accurate. Will have to actually count next time to see.

    I have not build it myself so can not test.
    But does type of launcher and number og them have an effect on how often the "hidden" special cryo gun will fire ?

    1. I don't believe so. Based on watching mine shoot, I don't think it makes a difference, but it isn't something I have specifically looked for, so if anyone has a greta with only a single launcher, vs one with 5 d92f's feel free to chime in.

    2. Added some pics... this is early in the build process, 4x hulls each with 3 93f's (well 1 only had 2 but whatever.. )

      From the pics it looks like there were several cryo shots per volly

    4. Ok, I have 5 d92f's, was typically seeing 4 ice shots per volley. Should have recorded to get better idea. So yeah, number may very well make a difference, no idea if type does.

    5. I have a fleet of 5 greata's and the cryo blast is very random. But when I built my greata's the cryo blast was very brutal. I could do any res fleet on the map with no damage and I could auto 40's 51's and 71's.

  4. What I find interesting & educational is that the Cryo Zone gives a Armor Bypass effect for non-radioactive weapons. So mixing Cryo Launchers with other weapons (like Siege Missile Z) may be an effective combo.

    1. i think since it was originally for dracs this was a good way to inflict more damage on us inside the targets.. but I agree the effect could be helpful to us.

As per the data it does look like everything is working as the numbers say, what we see on our screen could be due to lag or delay in world wide web, but there is whole new lot of info you have blessed us with, which the makers kept hidden. For example Armor bypass while under cryo area effect.

    It could be real cool if you could make a page for each of the NPC only weapons like the "Reaver Hulk Disruptor" so we could see all the stats.

    Then when you make the ship stats overview for the raid, link the weapon name to each weapon page.
    could be cool to get the full stats when needed :)

    4. So found some data in the posted info I did earlier that I really didn't want in there so cleaned it completely up. Working on a better way to determine what is needed, but have a general plan going forward. Will either get it posted soon or will make sure it is something we pull "early" in the raid this week as there will be new stuff that would be missing anyway even if posted now. Not to mention weapons have a tendency of being tweaked each month along with hulls for raids!
