Is the resistance boost from D5-U 7% or 7.5%? I know you sometimes have issues with decimal display.

DeleteMy personal take is they will just add it back on for a future raid. Whether that is the Dec one or Jan, no idea, but easy come, easy go, or in this case, easy re-adding of it.
"Ignores fully submerged subs"..double edged sword, isn't it?
ReplyDeleteThe plus, for those attacking fleets using a spectre to draw fire when hitting a base, well it gets ignored and surface fleets are targeted.
The minus question: will this nerf the Dead-Eye/Executioner re-target ability, rendering their ability to hit detected subs underwater?
It depends on what they mean by fully submerged, we will have to see how it is in practice.

Chris it is not going to be a problem because you can not fit it to a Dead-eye.
DeleteThey have changed the power to +35% so it is now possible to fit it to a Executioner.
Sure the damage bonus is not as good as the Fire support Platform M, +10% vs +25%
but if kixeye has not fixed that accuracy above 100% still reduces target evade then that will easily make up for that.
And the priority targeting is just a added bonus.
But If we in the future get enough power to fit it on a Dead-Eye, one would hope they have made re-targeting trump the no sub firing.
