For those that don't listen to Battle Vortex, it looks like Kix provided them some early info for the upcoming raid.  We'll add pictures shortly, but you can see it in the first 16min of the video here.  Jump to min 4 for the start of it.

  2. How does this:
"'This ship, with advanced missile systems, will allow us to attack safely from a distance with remote targeting'"

    Become this:
"NO WAY THEY'RE GOING TO MAKE A SHIP THAT CAN HIT THE CENTER ISLAND FROM ANYWHERE? SCREW THAT. THAT WOULD REALLY SUCK FOR EVERYBODY."

    [shakes head in disbelief]

    Some people......

Please don't post the blog's address in the BP Forums, they don't like it. On top of that you know they'll just shut down the thread, so why make it hard on the moderators. Stick to discussions on unofficial information to FB groups about BP. Keep it off of Kixeye's forums.

  3. Yea it may be easy to shoot down if you have good cover and the ship could have limited ammo like with drones.
We have no way of knowing yet if this will fuck up the game?

  4. Where the hell is Oceans at War so I can leave Kixeye's BS? September was supposed to be the release date and that's long past!

    1. You can check out any time you like, but you can never leave.....

Was that Sept of last year? http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=175811672

If/when it makes it out we'll see how it is. There has been a lot of hype about it, but they haven't made any dates yet.

I'm waiting for another game that hopefully makes it into closed beta in the next few days to few weeks. If it does and it looks promising you'll be seeing more about it here. We're waiting on talking about it until it is actually out there in some ongoing form that we can verify.

    2. Victory At Sea is out on Steam http://www.victoryatseagame.com/ It doesn't have the base building/strategy element of BP but it looks pretty good. Better and quicker release that World of Warships from Wargaming (remember that title ? :) )

    1. Link didn't come through, sure feels like the hotel california some days :)

Regardless, there are plenty of resources for info on "that" game. We do not need to start a fight here about how "rad" it will be haha
