Repair times dropped on many ships, looks like 25% less time on the first few hulls I'm looking at. With that said, not all hulls have changed repair time. Quick glance appears to be Lower to Mid level type fleets, not the T1 type battle hardened fleets.
I believe the above has been stated as a planned upcoming change, so no shockers here.
